Suit Up and Walk: Good Greasy Music Mix

By Sophia

Dipping into my collection of favorite walking mixes, give you one of my all-time favorites--I've used it for years and have yet to tire of it. I call it Good Greasy Walk. Honestly, I don't know what that means. I don't know what I mean by "greasy" or why I consider these songs "greasy" but there it is. I just write this stuff, I'm not responsible for it.

In any case, this is paced for a brisk hour-long walk. So suit up, plug in, and take it outside.

Excellent playlist! It's a good mix considering the different tempos of the songs. Thanks for sharing!

"Shame" is a great song to walk with a fast pace. Have you ever walked to "Love Come Down" (Not the JLo version!)?

In my humble opinion, the Tavares' version of "More Than a Woman" puts an extra pep in your step.

Thanks again for sharing this list!
